Living and working a season can be intense, even when it’s something you chose and love.
Seasonal work often comes with long days, shared living, financial pressure, and very little space to pause. Things can start to feel overwhelming, disorientating, or simply harder than you expected, especially when you’re far from home.Cairn Coaching offers a calm, confidential space to slow things down, talk things through, and regain a sense of perspective. You don’t need to be in crisis, and there’s no pressure to have things figured out.This is simply a place to check in and get some breathing room.

Most people start here before booking support sessions.A relaxed, informal conversation to see whether coaching feels helpful for you right now.This is a space to ask questions, talk about what’s been coming up for you, and get a sense of how I work. There’s no obligation to continue, just a chance to connect and explore what support might look like.
Seasonaire Support Sessions
30-minute Session
A short, focused session if you’d like to talk something through straight away.This can be useful if there’s one specific issue on your mind, or if you’re feeling stretched and would benefit from a contained, supportive conversation without committing to a longer session.
Complimentary for the 2025/26 season.
Reduced seasonaire rates will apply from 2026/27.
50-minute Session
A fuller coaching session with space to slow down, explore what’s really going on, and think clearly about next steps.This session works well if things feel bigger, tangled, or ongoing, and you’d like time to properly unpack what’s happening.
