Living and working a season can be intense, even when it’s something you chose and love doing.
Long days, shared living, financial pressure, and constant socialising can leave very little space to pause. Sometimes things simply start to feel stretched, unclear, or harder than expected - especially when you’re far from home.Cairn Coaching offers a calm, confidential space to slow things down and talk things through. You don’t need to be in crisis, and there’s no pressure to have things figured out.Just a place to check in and get some breathing room.Many people use these sessions as a place to pause, think clearly, and reset during the season.
Where Support Begins
Coaching doesn’t need to begin with certainty or a big commitment.Often the easiest place to start is simply with a relaxed 15-minute discovery call.A space to ask questions, talk about what’s been coming up, and get a sense of how I work.You don't need to arrive with a clear goal - just a place to start.The call is complimentary, and there’s no obligation to continue.
Support Sessions
Coaching sessions are usually held online and can be video or audio-only, depending on what feels most comfortable for you.If you're in Morzine, in-person conversations may also be possible when schedules allow.Sessions take place within a simple coaching agreement, which you're welcome to read here.Most conversations take place over 50 minutes, giving us the space to slow things down and explore things properly.A shorter 30 minute check-in is also available when a focused conversation feels more appropriate.
